Proposed Solihull Healthcare Partnership.
You are probably aware that over the past few years there has been increasing pressure put on General Practice services. We are currently working with three other neighbouring GP Partnerships and considering the option of merging to continue to deliver high quality healthcare to our patients by creating a new GP Partnership, which will be called Solihull Healthcare Partnership.
If current proposals are adopted, we would become the largest GP Partnership in Solihull and would be in a position to provide strong and sustainable General Practice to over 50,000 registered patients. This would give us greater capacity to deliver services, beyond what it is currently possible for an individual practice to offer.

Times Are Changing.pdf - We are now offering evening (6.30-8pm), weekend (Sat and Sun8-11am) appointments for patients at this practice from October. This extended service will operate from Blossomfield Surgery Hub, and there will be a GP, nurse or healthcare assistants appointments available. Please make appointments for this service through reception as normal.

We have now the option to send you a reminder regarding your appointment via SMS text messaging. Please make sure that we have your correct mobile number on our records. If you do not wish to have a SMS text message reminder sent please let reception know and they will opt you out of the service.
